      Pros

      Very dynamic and allows individuals to show their own talents as individuals. Everyone is treated equally. Very broad spectrum of work which offers tremendous career development opportunity.

      No cons in my long experience. I love BK.

      Pros

      Flexibility, hours of operation, type of work to perform, relaxed environment and standards easier to meet than other fast food establishments.

      Cons

      Staffing was always difficult due to low allowed pay range, performing a lot of maintenance work yourself instead of hiring companies or your own maintenance worker and being cheap with equipment.
