      You learn great people skills. Learn how to forecast sales and schedule based on those sales on a short term basis.

      Cons

      Some customers are impossible to please. Employee retention rate is not great due to it being a min wage job with lots of student employees.

      Pros

      Flexibility, hours of operation, type of work to perform, relaxed environment and standards easier to meet than other fast food establishments.

      Cons

      Staffing was always difficult due to low allowed pay range, performing a lot of maintenance work yourself instead of hiring companies or your own maintenance worker and being cheap with equipment.
