Pros
Great training. You are introduced to the restaurant business, however, the things you learn can translate to a slew of other industries/jobs. Company car, gas card, insurance. You have all you need to set up a home office provided to you. If you hit your numbers you can bonus pretty good.
Cons
Not compensated enough for this position. You are expected to do your inspections and other things that are dropped on you randomly from upper management. The position that proceeded this one was compensated 30-40k more.
