      Management easily works to fit around your schedule. Management tries there best to create a friendly and safe work environment.

      Cons

      Can become stressful during peak hours. Without a strong work staff things can become chaotic. Team work and good training is essential

      Pros

      Flexibility, hours of operation, type of work to perform, relaxed environment and standards easier to meet than other fast food establishments.

      Cons

      Staffing was always difficult due to low allowed pay range, performing a lot of maintenance work yourself instead of hiring companies or your own maintenance worker and being cheap with equipment.
