      if somebody want to polish her customer service skill then this is the best place to get public exposure, to make your pace faster and if you do not have any job then this is the place which is always available to you

      Pros

      Flexibility, hours of operation, type of work to perform, relaxed environment and standards easier to meet than other fast food establishments.

      Cons

      Staffing was always difficult due to low allowed pay range, performing a lot of maintenance work yourself instead of hiring companies or your own maintenance worker and being cheap with equipment.
