      Pros

      Some of the food and regulars were great. The staff was great!

      Cons

      The leadership was horrible, racist, demeaning, demoralizing, and unprofessional. They ran the restaurant into the ground. Everything was filthy. Standards were extremely low. The owners only cared about making a quick buck.

      The company really cares about their employees. They are a fun group of people and they are serious about their jobs. It is very well run!

      There are no cons. You get reviewed every 3 months and they help you see where you are and need to be at to be most successful and happy.
