Most mismanaged restaurant - Server Burger Bach Employee Review

The carytown locations turnover for management is absurd. Mutilple GMs in a short time. The founder of the Carytown location is selfish and greedy. exploits the workers and only cares to make money. Mgmt neglects to hold the staff accountable, there is no disciplinary action for no calls/no shows, and is generally very disorganized. The schedule is released sometimes 2 days before the next weeks shifts begin. The management is petty and unprofessional, and the owner regularly drinks at the bar and creates new policy and rules at the drop of a hat, without any explanation or reason why. There is no thought to it.
