New CPO has joined which is great, HR team was without the position for a year. HRLT are engaging with teams more directly as a result of the sponsorship of CPO.
Cons
Would be great to have more continuous communication from HRLT, some updates are discovered late, although I appreciate this is something that is being worked on.
