Limited scope for promotion or salary increase, They will pile on the work, and increase your responsibility year on year, give you great reviews and lots of kudos from colleagues but this will rarely if ever mean a salary or promotion to match the level of work you are doing. Sad that one has to leave to advance one's career, as it is a great place to work in many ways
