No progression opportunities, very difficult to have conversations about salary or development (both of which are abysmal). Workload is distributed very unevenly within teams, clear favouritism allowing some employees to spend their time on whatever projects they want and their colleagues needing to pick up the work. BBS is constantly being encouraged to become more of a call centre - we get judged based on how many calls are answered rather than how well our jobs are done. Extremely high turnover, job descriptions are extremely outdated leading to new starters doing a completely different job than expected. No communication between teams - everyone is out to help themselves and therefore any discussion about what is best for the company is ignored.
