      Benefits, salary,staff wear,discounts,sometimes the schedule,clean store,nice co-workers sometimes.and sometimes kind words from the managers.

      Cons

      Hours ,,heavy work load,always short staffed,miss use of power from managers.and area managers,NO BREAKS!!,lunches only.
