Relaxed workplace in terms of some aspects. Young organization. Great clients
Cons
Management doesn't listen to clients, but rather trends of other companies. They are constantly changing direction and politics (liberal) are pushed on team members. CEO has openly stated she will use gender as a preference to hiring.
