Pros
- You work is crucial for the team's success from the first day on; you never twiddle your thumbs or feel bored ;)
- Very flexible location-wise: You can work from home or the office in central Berlin (we also had teammates working from their extended stay in Venezuala once); there is a very strong "remote culture"
- The team is one of a kind; every single one is a strong, smart, and ambitious character!
- You are not only in the position you are hired for but will try out other roles whenever needed; which gives the opportunity to try oneself in various areas of the early-stage start-up microcosm
- Very low hierarchy and very unbureaucratic
Cons
- It got much more focused & determined now, but it used to be a bit of a rollercoaster product strategy-wise!
- Definitely not your typical 9-5, it can be quite demanding (but rewarding) at times
