Pros

Nothing , nothing , nothing and nothing

Cons

Please keep in mind the following information: Warning to anyone considering joining Bullsmart startup: I strongly advise against it. 1) Based on my knowledge, this company is not legitimate. 2) The company operates under the name BULLSMART but has also established multiple shell companies, such as Surfin Creatives and Dados Technologies Private Ltd. 3) It is my understanding that the company is receiving funds from a China-based company, Surfin, in an illegitimate manner. 4) BULLSMART is registered under Skyward Investec Private Ltd, but only a few top-level employees (5-6people) receive salaries from Skyward. Many others receive salaries from Dados and other companies, causing an impact on EPFO service history and hindering future employment opportunities. 5) BULLSMART is fully controlled by individuals from China. 6) The HR department acts in an invasive manner, monitoring internal team discussions and even tracking employees' restroom, coffee, and lunch breaks. One individual, who is an associate director, lacks expertise in the capital market and engages in unprofessional behavior. 7) Employee turnover is high in this company. 8) The CEO lacks knowledge of the securities market and prefers hiring family and friends, despite their lack of expertise in the field. 9) The frequent job openings at this company indicate a toxic work environment. 10) Joining this company is a risk to your career. Many knowledgeable employees have left due to poor management. Plz don't join this company....

Pros

Timely Salary: Always credited on the last working day of the month, sometimes even earlier if there’s a festival. Open Work Culture: You can talk to anyone, regardless of hierarchy. Seniors are approachable, and casual conversations (even jokes) are welcome. Fast-Paced Learning: Handling multiple projects means you gain a lot of experience quickly.

Cons

Strict Attendance Policies: Even a few minutes of delay in arrival or departure is frowned upon. You must clock out at exactly 6 PM, even if you’re waiting for a ride. No Work-from-Home Option: WFH is not allowed, which can be inconvenient.
