      Pros

      - Great pay - Largely left to your own devices - The work was easy

      Cons

      - higher up positions on the corporate ladder such as management, sales, ect. and even CEOs come and go like phases of the moon - nepotistic hiring practices (I witnessed someone get hired without a job listing being posted, twice) - upper management would wonder why certain products receive poor reviews and then not listen to suggestions

      Remote work environment, great people with minimal drama, fast paced but fun, lots of flexibility and great benefits

      Would be nice to see people in person more

      Pros

      Being able to work remotely.

      Cons

      Everything else. Once the company was acquired, it went downhill. Perks went away. Benefits weren't great. Even the set lunch that was supposed to be for rest and relaxation ended up being used for meetings on many days. They started relying on AI rather than people, but the people would have been correct.
