Pros

The months that they decide to pay, the pay can be pretty decent Remote work Interesting project

Cons

You will end up getting scammed and not paid CEO will constantly try to gaslight and manipulate you They will overwork you as much as possible Most toxic work culture you can find. They will make plans with some employees on how to fire others, etc. They fire and rehire people every few months, and the CEO openly speaks about how people are easily replaceable CTO is totally out of it. He works 3 days a week and holds the company hostage as he is the only one who knows the codebase. Nobody else can learn it as the average worker gets fired after 6 months Even when you do get paid, its always with a 1+ month delay They will threaten to sue you for the dumbest reasons They try to silent ex-employees as much as possible They constantly lie about what will be happening Long meetings for no reason. There are literally meetings that last 2 hours just so you can listen to a lot of fluff to boost the CEOs ego CEO might have severe mental problems. She would even yell at people during meetings and has questionable manipulation methods when speaking

Pros

I was looking for a fully remote role, so I was really glad to get hired here! The work is super interesting because the business objectives are clear to everyone on the team. What really struck me was the communication style in meetings: anyone can participate, and there are no stupid questions. Complex topics are always explained in simple terms so everyone is on the same page and fully understand their part in the plan. I’ve learned so much working with such high-caliber teammates and global customers. Also, half the team is French, so expect some heated debates and a lot of food discussions! lol

Cons

It would be great to meet in person more often. You'll lots of autonomy but don't get fooled by it: ultimately they only keep people who overdeliver or contribute directly to growth which creates some pressure. I love the challenge but it might not be for everyone.

Pros

Tech stack is cool but the team is extremely customer focused. No techies here, every developer gets deep training on the product and its features and are asked to consider UX when developing new features. Clearly pro-AI culture: LLMs are accepted and treated with the same caution used with "junior devs" meaning they still have the responsbility to code review and optimize code produced by LLM. Some developers might struggle with this but I believe it leads to better quality products. Work-life is reasonable, with the occasional crunchtime you would expect at a growing AI SaaS. SO plan is a big plus.

Cons

Don't believe the negative comments, they are from freelancers that did a very poor job or completely failed their mission but somehow still expected to get paid. Considering the team is fully remote people should understand that tangible results are expected from their work. If you are an experienced engineer who know their craft I believe you'll enjoy the autonomy and business transparency.
