Nice people to work with

Benefits are horrible. You can be really knowledgeable with modern day thoughts but they are stuck in the past with cheesy packaging. You don’t get credit and instead your ideas are stolen and you get stuck looking like you don’t contribute no matter how many hours you put in. Everyone is wondering when they will get laid off. No one is safe.

One yearly outing and good food.

Cut-throat competition & periodic mass reorganization layoffs, and very cold in the winter. No heat.
