Pros
The company wants people to enjoy their work and makes an effort to give employees more of the work that they enjoy whenever possible. Management maintains an open dialog about what is working/not working for the employee. They are also supportive of employees continuing education/training in areas of interest.
The team is nice and everyone always seems open to helping you out. Overall, I have found the environment to be very positive and I feel valued. They also have a flexible work program, so employees can choose to work in the office or remotely.
The solutions engineer role allows for a lot of variety and work on different projects (a lot using Microsoft products) in various capacities, which keeps things interesting and was what I was looking for. (Note - the solutions engineer role is not so much a sales role as it may be defined at other companies.)
The company does a good job promoting the "I love my job!" culture and is always actively trying to improve.
Cons
A lot of the company works remotely, so if you prefer being in an office around your team everyday this might not be the best fit. This has also made it a slower process getting to know the team.
The only real "Con" I've experienced is that there was very little on-boarding when I was hired- it took a few weeks for me to understand what exactly I'd be doing as there was little structure or documentation. However, I know this is something the company is working on.
