      No Pros at all. Worst company to work for.

      Cons

      Company was taken over by Mr. Patel in Jun 2020 and he was the worst person I have ever come across. He has no ethics and knowledge of how to treat employees.

      Good people, exciting software. BIQ is a pioneer in using data science to produce verifiable energy savings. Products continuously improving.

      Cons

      Many growing pains, operations and sales not on the same page. Very narrow product offering, challenging implementation. Management expectations not in line with market acceptance of offering.
