Pros

The views are very nice.

Cons

Company slogan is live work play however, anyone that has or is still working for this company knows its LIVEWORKSLAVE. My advice is to not work here as theres no room for promotion. No flexibilty with schedule and not much off time compared to other companies. Cult like environment, managers out side of a few are straight trash. Any good ones don't have the power for change and end up leaving. The buildings are nice but theyre made of paper machete and the owner is an dbag. They do everything possible to not pay out commissions. Did I mention theyll blame everything on you? I can speak for hours as to why this is not a place you want to work. You can find a much better oppurtunity with a different building. Trust me when I say you're better off working somewhere else.

Pros

Not one pro, this is a terrible work place

Cons

Very traditional and rigid work environment with little flexibility, even for occasional personal situations. Most roles are fully computer based, yet remote work flexibility is extremely limited. Workloads can be demanding and employees may end up covering responsibilities across multiple functions without compensation reflecting it. Turnover and retention issues were noticeable and, in my experience, morale often felt low. There is also very limited HR structure/support, which can make employee concerns feel difficult to navigate. Employees were sometimes let go very abruptly, which created an uncomfortable environment and made job stability feel uncertain at times. This company may be a fit for someone who prefers a strict in-office culture, but it was not an environment where I personally felt valued or supported long term.
