Very clicky. You will only do well if manger like you. The favourites get salary increases and days off without warning and just get everything given to them

Fixed working hours so no rota

Ran out of staff parking so any new members of staff weren’t allowed on the car park. Cliques are clear from the start. Very little training given. No support given when requested.
