Performing Property Condition Assessments at off-site client sites throughout the country.
Cons
No formal training or mentoring program from empathetic and patient personnel. If they could do it, so can you. If you make it through their acceptance matrix you may eventually enjoy yourself. If you are hired do not expect anyone to stop and provide any insight, guidance, or acceptance of a difference opinion or thought process. Communications in regard to projects is kept to a limited few.
