Building Security Services lacks management experience. Building Security Service don't value employees despite the value-added by the employee. Imaged a company who will give $25 commission as yearly bonus. Imagine a company who refuses to pay its employee anniversary leave because it is two weeks behind. Why doesn't anyone like rules? He is upset because he knows he didn't meet the requirements for his 2 week's vacation but to threaten with a lawyer? It's in our handbook...
