The cons of this company mostly have to do with old paradigm of management style and sometimes unethical approaches to it. Nobody really trusted to talk to when dealing with serious company issues since there is no formal hr department. There is somebody that comes in every once in a while but still not a very effective approach to address company matters. Favoritism in this workplace is very noticeable. There wasn't much opportunity for growth. The pay tends to be very under market value for most people and there was also a lack of trust in getting a raise if there was a suggested date by management. The management often spoke badly about other employees behind their backs without proper way to address professionally to actual employees. Morale is very low due to poor management. Inconsistent set of expectations that would often lead to confusion and frustration in the work environment. The environment at this organization often feels very hostile because of management.
