Pros
Only work for BMS if your desperate for work. They always paid on time. However they will come up with excuses not to give your bonuses.
Cons
They will lock you into a two or three year non-compete contract. It will prevent you from working in any area of the commercial cleaning industry in any county that you managed one of their customers in. Totally ridiculous and most likely non enforceable in court. Regional and District managers are very corrupt. Refuse to terminate bad contractors due to receive kickbacks from them. Even if their customers contract requires employees they deceitfully subcontract out the job. HR department is run by one person with no HR background.
