      Pros

      BGI has an extremely friendly and young team, very proactive and solution oriented. We absolutely can and do everything. During the last year that I worked here, we have accomplished so many amazing things, specially for such a small team. It's a great place to grow and to start a career, with great leaders that really work hard to be the best they can.

      Cons

      There is a lot of pressure, because we do a lot of different things and we are not many. Expectations for us are very high, but I think it's just because our leaders believe in our ability to make things happen.

      If you want to learn this is definitely the right place for you. Its also a very chilled environment and every one supports you in achieving your personal and career goals. Furthermore, BGI treats you like family and is always ready to put you first before any activity. I have grown so much and built relevant leadership skills. Everyone has a responsibility from the first day. They encourage you to innovative and creative. I really love what I do

      Because you are responsible for your project, there is many times pressure for you to deliver. It can get really intense because the team is still growing and there are many projects. However this is often compensated by having relaxing team activities and taking time off work.
