You have to do lots and lots of driving in high traffic areas.
Hours are sometimes inconsistent depending on the clients schedule.

They are pretty flexible but perhaps I’ve been lucky. The families I have worked with have been flexible. You have to make up any hours you miss which is a good thing.
Cons
Things get lost in translation.
Definitely need more training for new employees.
Pay can be better. Driving from home to home can be an issue depending on the distance from one place to the other.
