my managers micromanaged me, they demand 150 calls a day and would message me “what’s up, man? Saw you didn’t make call count yesterday. That’s not acceptable.,” if I ever fell even 10-20 calls short, and they harp on activity over productivity. When asked why, they say “it’s how we’ve grown to where we are now.” Very simplistic answer. Basically slam the phones is their one size fits all solution. They pay bdrs below average, but their company motto is “don’t be average.” Very sports-fan bro culture. People were nice and cool overall, but the Company and culture wasn’t for me.
