Pros
-Depending on what area you're in you could learn a lot. -Some coworkers from various areas are not only hardworkers but very dependable.
Cons
-"Good Ol' Boys" attitude where if you're not a shining star in someone's eyes right away you won't get far within the company. -Pay isn't worth it for the kind of stress you'll encounter. -Very little accountability especially in corporate office.
