      Pros

      Friendly customers and conditions workers.

      Cons

      The upper management needs to be restructured. Their ideas and Concepts do not work. They have taken away most of the perks of the company and how it used to be. I would not recommend working there. Unless they come Under New Management.

      Pros

      Family oriented. Flexible with schedule if a family situations pop up. No helicopter managers mentality.

      Cons

      Computer sales- inventory program can take awhile to get used to.

      Former owner was good. Cared about his employees

      No support, upper Management does not want to be bothered. Team is word they only talk about.
