They are very unorganized and you won’t really know what you’re supposed to be doing while working here until maybe 2 months in. Additionally, they will waste your time and burn you out until they can find a replacement. They do not care about your growth. They have a core clique among the leaders of the company and if you’re not in the clique then you are very disposable.
