      Pros

      People are good to work with for the most part. Day to day can be intense sometimes and relaxed others as the book of business is cyclical.

      Cons

      Overall company direction is a bit unclear and seems to be spread between too many different departments for revenue generation. Not much opportunity for growth. Not afraid of layoffs.

      - Senior engineers are incredibly talented and approachable - Great work/life balance. No call rotation, etc - Lot's of room for experimenting

      Cons

      - Features get built and forgotten quickly. Low internal adoption - Going through a big strategic pivot at the moment
