Favoritism & Partiality in the management. No value of the person who gives the quality of work. It all depends on the reporting manager specifically in Tech team , just licking the boot of manager only gets you growing, that too the growth is so slow.... Hikes and all, forget it at BuildSupply, hikes are just a myth.... it is a Awful Place to work. Nothing to learn, No training, No employee value, Poor management. extremely political organization where work is done by few but credit is enjoyed by the leads as no transparency. Political organization and have no regard for employees. Top performers are fired. All the positive comments are fake you can see from there language. Before joining them think twice or ask any ex employee. They have no fund and 1 day they will vanish like Lakshmi chit Fund.
