My ideal company to work for is one that’s fresh and unique in the marketplace. I wake up every morning knowing that I get to solve new problems, work with an amazing group of people, and provide value to our customers in way that’s been previously unavailable to them. If you’re okay with long hours, accountability, and an extremely fast paced work environment, then BuildFax could be a good fit for you. I absolutely love working here and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.
Cons
There’s no room for laziness or armchair quarterbacks. Everyone gets their hands dirty and pulls their weight or they don’t last. It’s not a job without stress, and if you want to stand in the shadows and let things “happen” around you, it’s probably not for you. Also, once you’ve been there for a while you’ll probably start dreaming about permits and data – it’s weird, but it definitely happens.
