Pros
The people are the biggest asset. Everyone is very friendly. There are a lot of smart people who are willing to teach junior employees about the industry. There are a lot of learning opportunities. Management maintains transparency and cares about employees. There is a collaborative culture.
Cons
Some of the policies are a bit outdated such as maternity leave, dress code, and working from home. The technology is in place to make changes, but senior management can be strict.
