If I could provide negative ratings for this company, I would. Thinking back, it was the worse career decision ever to go into this company.

Staff who suck up to the old management personnel are heavily favored, even though they don't do anything constructive in the company and are into their own sideline ventures. The old management are just concerned of lining their pockets with cash, and keep on increasing tenants' rental prices. The young bastards from this old management are given power to lead the company, but don't even know how to lead this company in the first place! And they themselves feel that this is not the kinda management role that they want to do, and do their own sideline ventures! The people who miraculously keep this place running are the underpaid staff. Credit goes to these underpaid operations team. Pity to the tenants who have to accede to the old management's need to constantly increase rental.
