Pros
Some managers don't supervise properly, so you can get away with doing little work. They have a fair supply of video game peripherals. Everyone I worked with loved the fooball table.
Cons
My biggest con is that their two computer labs are small and cramped. One has no windows. Twice HR missed a day I'd worked off my payroll. I was practically forced to work night shift - and I soon found out night shift wasn't for me. I was given no training. AT ALL. Neither were any of the other employees. We just had to guess what to do. Low rate of pay - minimum wage for functionality testers, $12/hour for linguisitics testers. Work is dependent on contracts. The local area is unsavory. The office is the same building as a charity shop.
