My coworkers were generous and helpful.
Cons
Compared to other tech companies I've worked at, there is much less QA at Buffalo. That means that many more defective products get to customers. The company is run as a Japanese company (of course, because it is), but Americans who work here will have to learn the ropes, It seems like a small thing, but the desk chairs were terrible. People were buying their own chairs and bringing them in. A company that won't buy chairs?
