Full time work. weekly pay. 4 weeks vacation when you max out. 4 pto per year.
Cons
health insurance is extremally expensive. no bonuses, no profit sharing, no pension. no cost of living raises. annual raises are only 1-3% which doesn't even keep up with inflation. so you are effectively working for less each year that goes by. they do not reward loyalty, I have co-workers that have done the same job as me for 30+ years and we have the same amount of vacation and pto. loyalty should be rewarded.
