The ppl I worked with worked hard and tried their best.

Some ppl wouldn't work efficiently

Casual dress code, flexible hours when needed

Lack of leadership in management, no training, no growth, favoritism between employees and management. No yearly raise or annual review. No bonus structure for employees. I think if leadership would be more involved and train the employees and communicate it could grow and be a better company.
