      Great senior management leading the company. They are well respected within industry A job here provides lots of real opportunity for professional growth and development

      The base pay is average to slightly below average, and the opportunity for advancement is largely dependent on employee turnover, which is very low, but that is also a good thing if you can advance.

      Pros

      Great people and team environment. They’re willing to let interns do tasks that a paraplanner will do, but must show interactive to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Work can be sparse at times so it’s good to keep yourself busy— can be independent. Must be able to ask for work.
