Pros

They're so desperate for employees to stick around they'll pay you really well

Cons

Everything else sucks. They will literally say to employees "The best ability is availability" and they don't care what you have going on in your life, if you don't drop everything to finish commercial jobs that they messed up they will treat you like garbage. The owner sent out a company email to everyone saying they expect all of the installers to clear their schedules so they can work nights and weekends to get commercial jobs done. You'd show up to residential jobs and none of the blinds would fit because they either measured wrong or ordered wrong making you look like an idiot to the customers. They've had meetings outside of work hours that they said they won't say is mandatory but it is critical for everyone to be there and just talk about how much money they are making and how much they expect their employees to work for them. They'll pursue you if you apply and say they'll give you anything you ask for, but it's definitely not worth it. I took a substantial pay cut to leave this job because I value my personal time more than working. You're expected to wait up for emails at 9-10PM that outline the schedule for the next day and you're expected to reach out and coordinate with whoever you're working with the next day. If you want live your life for work, then this is the place, they will pay you well, but don't expect any of it to be enjoyable and anticipate taking the blame for things they did not train you correctly on.
