      Interesting if you have a love for interior design

      Cons

      Work life and social life are not separate. You are "on-call" or being contacted at all hours, all day every day. The pay was not worth all the job duties and knowledge. Each location is franchised. Very little room for growth. The owners are very petty and superficial.

      - No room for growth depending on the size of your franchise - No benefits - Salary with no OT pay - 10 days of PTO for the entire year (This is all based on your specific franchise and what they offer this may vary)
