I worked for the Franchise owners of Budget Blinds East and went on over 40 appointments in 30 days. They didn't pay me a single dollar, not even reimbursing me for gas and mileage even thought I sold over $20k. They promised to pay me training pay and vehicle expenses + commission. In addition to my closed sales I warmly handed over $30k in sales that closed that I had quoted out. After almost 3 months of ghosting me, they offered to pay me $2k after I filed a wage theft claim with the state of Illinois.

Where do I start? If you value your time and want to be associated with a professional organization with integrity, stay far away from this Franchise.
