Pros
- Alright pay - easy to understand tasks - other team members were nice and helpful when you didn't know what to do.
Cons
- Not very understanding when you call off sick - Shout at you for not understanding even if you just started - the pay doesn't change even if you are doing night shifts - Deal with a lot of drunk customers - They don't give proper training and expect you to take initiative straight away - I didn't feel safe at all during late hours - required to do night shifts - always understaffed - you always end up leaving 20-30 mins after your shift ends because the handover process isn't timed efficiently. - They take too long to pay you and sometimes pay you the incorrect amount - No benefits
