Bad - Cashier Buddha-Full Employee Review

Some very nice down to earth employees and never have to work late.

The worst management I have ever experienced. Absolutely zero training and managers just pass down tasks they don't feel like doing or take the whole day to make a schedule or "work" in back room. Cleanliness and delegating/checking up on tasks and opening and closing cleaning duties are a no go. This causes a chain reaction of people never being told how to properly do things and thus accumulating serious filth and unsanitary conditions. There is no air conditioning in the summer making it absolutely not work safe and making staff feel ill or even pass out from heat exhaustion. Owners don't even bother to introduce themselves to new employees or even talk to you just tell you all the things your doing wrong. This makes sense if they communicated with someone about what they wanted but they don't and just expect everyone to read there minds.

The coworkers are extremely cliquey and do not make any effort to be kind to you or include you in anything. There is a small group of friends that all work there together, and they are super passive and rude to anybody else. They act like they own the place. They are not interested in being your friend, and only want you there to do their dirty work. Management is extremely poor. Current manager is rude and unresponsive, and makes it very hard for employees to work without constant stress and worry. I thought I'd seen badly-run businesses until I saw Buddha-full. They barely train their employees how to do anything there, and then get annoyed when an employee doesn't know how to do something they were never shown. You're off becoming a garbage man than working here.
