      Pros

      Positives were far outweighed by the negative outcome.

      Cons

      Normally onboarding a new employee takes between 3-6 months. This company decided after two weeks that it "wasn't a good fit". I did nothing untoward. in the two weeks I was there I did everything I was asked and never received any negative feedback. I have many years of work experience and never have I been so callously treated. I am now unemployed . IAS, Buckleguy hired me away from another job.

      Pros

      Really nice group of people. Busy environment with a lot of moving pieces to manage, which I really enjoyed. No 2 days were the same. Open door policy was really nice, and the owners (family) were very receptive to feedback. Every time I went in with an issue it was an immediate priority for them. Clients could occasionally be tough, but for the most part they were easy to work with, but demanding.

      Cons

      I left because I moved. No real cons, I would have stayed if I didnt move.

      Great employee discount and opportunity to leave work at 3 PM on Fridays.
