you get to learn a lot. only if you take it upon yourself to do so.... no one goes out of their way.
Cons
owners do not care, very low pay, everyone sleeps with everyone, not paying proveyors. Nightmare to work for unless you like underpaid hourlys who dont care because they do not get paid.
