      It's an established restaurant group with an established clientele.

      Cons

      It's an old school restaurant group. With so many new "fresh" concepts in the city, this organization fails to keep up. Management turnover is incredible. Nine out of ten Managers have no idea what they're doing and would rather drink the profits away.
