      The pay is good that's it

      Cons

      They make you wash meat off that falls on the floor and still package it.,they also repackage expired and outdated meat with new dates, plus you work in 28° very cold

      It’s a paycheck, and the people aren’t terrible to work for

      Cons

      It’s difficult to advance in the company, management doesn’t take seniority into account when making decisions about employee duties or jobs in the plant , hours are inconsistent
